Refund, Exchange and 6 Month Warranty Policy

Exchanges – If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may request an exchange for the same product within 30 days of delivery. – For exchanges, please reach out to our support team with a detailed description of the issue, your order number, and evidence of the defect or damage (e.g., photos). – We will send you a return shipping label and dispatch a replacement item promptly after we receive the returned product.

6-Month Warranty – Our products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. – If you encounter any defects within this warranty period, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and details of the issue. – We will repair, replace, or offer a refund for any defective products, at our discretion. – The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges – Return and exchange shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items – Custom orders, personalized items, or sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
